You will set up and operate intelligent inserting and mailing equipment to produce a finished product according to customer specifications. Duties and tasks are frequently non-routine.\nShift:\nOption 1: Monday - Friday 4:00pm - 12:00am \nOption 2: Rotating 4 days a week 4:00pm - 2:00am \nJob Responsibilities:\nMachine Operator: set up machine: Review work order for specifications. Set up equipment to work order requirements.\n\nMaintain Manufacturing equipment: Perform minor maintenance daily including troubleshooting and general cleaning. Assist in performing preventive maintenance of equipment as directed.\nOperate equipment: Monitor quality of product being produced with limited waste. Tray finished job as required in work order with accurate counts.\nCompletes paperwork for department: Maintain logbooks, change orders, work orders, load tags, maintenance logs, and shipping orders.\nAssist in operational process improvement projects.\nAssist in writing and updating operator procedure manuals.\nRead work orders and accurately follow instructions.\nAbout You:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nPrevious manufacturing, production, machine operation, warehouse, printing, mailing, or equipment operation experience preferred.\n\nIntermediate computer experience/knowledge, including Microsoft Office\nBasic mechanical and troubleshooting skills\nThe ability to lift up to 50lbs and be on your feet for 8 hours a day \nWe understand that your skills deserve recognition.
