The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in web development, experience with modern frameworks, and an interest in using AI-augmented development tools to improve productivity and code quality.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain web applications across front-end and back-end components.\n\nBuild responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, and TypeScript.\n\nDevelop and maintain back-end services using Spring Framework, Quarkus, or .NET.\n\nDesign, integrate, and maintain RESTful web APIs and gRPC services.\n\nWork with databases such as MSSQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.\n\nWrite clean, efficient, secure, and well-documented code.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and solve technical challenges.\n\nParticipate in code reviews, share knowledge, and provide constructive feedback.\n\nContribute to the design and development of scalable applications using microservice architecture.\n\nExplore and apply AI-augmented software development tools to support coding, debugging, design, and code quality.\n\nStay up to date with emerging technologies, development practices, and industry trends.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement across development processes and software quality.\n\nABOUT YOU\nYou are a motivated and collaborative developer who enjoys solving problems and building high-quality software. You are comfortable working across front-end and back-end technologies, eager to learn new tools, and able to work effectively with colleagues in an international environment.\nExperience & Knowledge\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n\nAt least 3 years of experience in full-stack development, with 3-5 years being the target range.\n\nStrong proficiency in Spring Framework, Quarkus, or .NET.\n\nPractical experience with React.js and TypeScript.\n\nExperience developing and integrating RESTful web APIs and gRPC services.\n\nFamiliarity with microservice architecture and Kubernetes is an advantage.\n\nExperience working with MSSQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.\n\nUnderstanding of software development best practices, code quality, testing, and documentation.\n\nFamiliarity with AI-augmented software development practices, including tools such as Claude Code, Kiro, or similar, to accelerate development, improve code quality, and support debugging and design tasks.\n\nTechnical Exposure\nExperience or practical knowledge in one or more of the following areas is desirable:\nFrontend Development\nHTML, CSS, and JavaScript.\n\nReact.js and TypeScript.\n\nResponsive web application development and user interface best practices.\n\nBackend Development & APIs\nSpring Framework, Quarkus, or .NET.\n\nRESTful web APIs and gRPC.\n\nMicroservices and scalable application design.\n\nDatabases\nMSSQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.\n\nDatabase design, querying, performance, and data management.\n\nCloud, Containers & Development Practices\nKubernetes and containerized application environments.\n\nVersion control, code reviews, testing, and CI/CD concepts.\n\nAI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Kiro, or similar.\n\nSKILLS & COMPETENCIES\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.\n\nAbility to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.\n\nCollaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.\n\nWillingness to learn, adapt, and explore new technologies.\n\nProactive attitude toward continuous improvement and software quality.\n\nAbility to manage priorities and deliver work in a dynamic development environment.\n\nLOCATION & TRAVEL\nThis position is based in Hong Kong and may involve international travel for project implementations, meetings, training, and support activities.
