& Analysis: Assist in gathering requirements from stakeholders and analyze the potential impact on related business applications.\nSoftware Development: Code, modify, test, correct, and document both implementation and maintenance of application systems.\nTeam Development: Train other developers in relevant technical skills.\nOperational Resilience: Participate in Disaster Recovery activities, including simulation exercises at Disaster Recovery sites.\nContinuous Improvement: Learn and pick up new programming skills related to system development as assigned by supervisors.\nPrerequisites:\nCore Technical Requirements\nThree (3) years of experience (within the past four years) in each of the following:\no JSP, Servlet, and Java Bean.\no JavaScript and Session management.\no JDBC and SQL.\nTwo (2) years of experience (within the past three years) in coding using:\no HTML 5, XHTML, AJAX, and JSON.\no Java Server Faces.\no EJB, including session, entity & message, Service Locator, Business Delegate, Data Transfer Object (DTO), and Data Access Object (DAO).\nPreferred Technical Skills\nDevelopment Tools: Hands-on experience with Eclipse, or equivalent tools.\nArchitecture: Experience in Portal and Portlet development and n-Tier Architecture.\nSecurity & Infrastructure: Knowledge of Java Web Security/LDAP, JEE Security, JEE Transaction, and JNDI.\nWeb Technologies: Proficiency in XML, Web Services (SOAP), and AngularJS development.\nDesign: Ability to work with UML diagrams.\nSecure Coding: Expertise in preventing application vulnerabilities, such as Cross-site scripting, Injection flows (SQL/Command), Race conditions, and improper error/exception handling.\nIntegration: Experience with application integration for government services such as Corppass and Singpass.\nSkills\nQuality Assurance, Combined Programming Language, Coding, requirements from stakeholders, Project Management, File Management, Test
