We move fast, lead with accountability, grow through challenges, and bring positive energy into everything we do.\nJoin us and be part of a global, collaborative team where trust and innovation drive everything we do.\nABOUT THE ROLE\nThe Senior Procurement Analyst supports the planning and execution of domestic and international procurement, supplier management, inventory planning, and cost analysis in a manufacturing environment.\nWhat you will do\n· Plan and execute domestic and international purchases of raw materials and production supplies.\n· Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and contracts.\n· Identify, develop, qualify, and manage suppliers.\n· Evaluate and monitor supplier performance.\n· Manage minimum and maximum stock levels.\n· Plan material requirements using MRP.\n· Monitor inventory turnover and coverage.\n· Analyze historical consumption and forecast demand.\n· Perform cost analysis and assess price variances.\n· Develop and track savings KPIs.\n· Create contingency plans for critical materials and diversify the supplier base.\nABOUT YOU\nWhat we are looking for\n· A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, Foreign Trade, or a related field.\n· A postgraduate specialization in Supply Chain, Strategic Procurement, Logistics, or Management is desirable.\n· Five to eight years of experience purchasing raw materials or production supplies, or in industrial procurement.\n· Experience negotiating with and managing domestic and international suppliers.\n· Experience in manufacturing companies or other production-based industries.\n· Experience in inventory management and supply planning.\n· Knowledge of import processes and foreign trade is desirable.\nWhat you will bring\n· Analytical and strategic thinking.\n· Strong planning, organization, and negotiation skills.\n· A results-oriented approach and data-driven decision-making.\n· Effective communication and teamwork.\n· Strong supplier relationship management skills.\n· The ability to anticipate issues and manage risk.\n· A strong internal-customer focus.\n· A sense of responsibility and ownership.\n· Resilience and adaptability when facing change and challenges.\n· Agility in responding promptly to business needs.\n· A positive attitude and a sense of fun at work.\nWork requirements\n· Intermediate to advanced English: B2 is required; C1 is desirable.\n· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.\n· Experience defining, monitoring, and reporting management indicators (KPIs).\n· Experience using ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent platforms.\n· Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Power BI.\n· Knowledge of contract management and administration.\nTOPPAN is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
