policies, safety standards, and administrative procedures.\nHandle employee and management requests related to office facilities and administration.\nTake ownership of administrative operations and ensure timely resolution of day-to-day issues.\nRequirements\nMinimum 2 years of experience in administration, facility management, or floor management.\nPrior experience in managing large teams and handling day-to-day operational responsibilities.\nStrong people-management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to manage multiple
