Our College Advisory vertical supports students in securing admissions to top colleges in India and abroad through personalized guidance and application support.\nRole Overview\nWe are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Admissions Manager to lead the end-to-end admissions and application process for students enrolled in our College Advisory Program.\nThe ideal candidate should have prior experience in application processing, documentation, and university admissions-preferably in the study abroad domain, along with strong stakeholder management and team handling capabilities.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Application & Admissions Management\nOversee the end-to-end application lifecycle for students (India & abroad)\nEnsure timely and accurate submission of applications across universities\nTrack deadlines, requirements, and status updates for multiple student applications\nMaintain high success rates in offer conversions\n2. Documentation & Compliance\nGuide students on preparation of SOPs, LORs, resumes, and essays\nReview and validate all application documents before submission\nEnsure compliance with university-specific requirements and processes\nMaintain documentation accuracy and audit readiness\n3. Student & Parent Engagement\nAct as the primary point of contact for students and parents during the admissions journey\nConduct regular check-ins to ensure progress and satisfaction\nHandle escalations and provide timely resolution\n4. Team Management\nLead and mentor a team of admissions counsellors / application processors\nSet KPIs and monitor team performance\nConduct training sessions to improve application quality and efficiency\n5. University & Partner Coordination\nLiaise with universities, admission offices, and external partners\nStay updated on admission criteria, trends, and policy changes\nBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders\n6.
