examinations.\nKey Responsibilities\nAcademic Delivery\nDeliver high-quality classroom and online sessions for Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning.\nTeach students preparing for CAT, IPMAT, CLAT and other aptitude-based examinations.\nSimplify complex concepts and develop strong problem-solving abilities among students.\nMaintain excellent classroom engagement and learning outcomes.\nStudent Mentorship\nConduct doubt-solving sessions and one-on-one mentoring.\nTrack student performance and provide personalized improvement plans.\nGuide students on exam strategy, time management and test-taking techniques.\nAcademic Quality & Process\nAnalyze mock test performance and identify learning gaps.\nCollaborate with the central academic team to improve curriculum and pedagogy.\nEnsure timely completion of syllabus and academic deliverables.\nParticipate in faculty training, workshops and academic reviews.\nBrand Building\nConduct seminars, workshops and academic webinars.\nRepresent Toprankers at school visits, outreach events and student engagement programs when required.\nDesired Candidate Profile\nEducational Qualification\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce or any related discipline.\nMBA or candidates with strong aptitude backgrounds will be preferred.\nExperience\n2-6 years of teaching experience in CAT, IPMAT, CLAT, CUET or other aptitude-based examinations.\nFreshers with exceptional aptitude scores and teaching ability may also be considered.\nEssential Skills\nStrong command over Quantitative Aptitude.\nExcellent understanding of Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning.\nAbility to teach students across varying learning levels.\nStrong communication, presentation and classroom management skills.\nProficiency in both offline and online teaching methodologies.\nPreferred\nPrior experience in CAT/IPMAT coaching.\nConsistent record of student selections and academic outcomes.\nExperience in content development and mock test creation.\nComfortable using digital teaching platforms and LMS tools.\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nStudent feedback scores.\nBatch retention and engagement levels.\nAcademic outcomes and student selections.\nContent development contributions.\nTimely completion of syllabus and academic deliverables.\nParticipation in workshops, seminars and mentoring
