course offerings, registration, and exams. \n Provide guidance on account-related issues, payment processes, and technical support. \n Maintain accurate records of student interactions and ensure appropriate follow-up actions. \n Offer timely and effective resolution of student complaints and concerns. \n Coordinate with other departments to ensure a high level of student satisfaction. \n Assist with onboarding new students and providing them with necessary course information. \n Help students navigate the platform and troubleshoot any technical difficulties. \n Provide feedback to management on common student issues and potential improvements. \n Stay updated on all course offerings, promotions, and any changes to processes. \n Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines while assisting students. \nRequirements:\n Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \n Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks. \n Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle student concerns professionally. \n Experience in customer service or student support is a plus. \n A basic understanding of technical platforms and online education systems. \n Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). \n A positive and proactive attitude with a focus on student
