If you're ready to join the TSTC family and make great memories please complete our application process.\nJob Description\nThis position plays a key role in supporting and enhancing TSTC’s Workday Student system to strengthen operational efficiency and improve the overall enrollment experience. The successful candidate will serve as a knowledgeable Workday resource, responsible for maintaining system accuracy, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with configuration to meet evolving enrollment needs. By ensuring data integrity, supporting end users, and contributing to process improvements, this role helps advance TSTC’s mission and demonstrates our core values of Excellence, Accountability, Service, and Integrity.Essential Functions\nEmployee will demonstrate TSTC Core values of Excellence, Accountability, Service and Integrity with internal and external stakeholders, customers, students and members of the community.\nSystem Support & Configuration\nSupport the configuration and maintenance of Workday Student modules such as Admissions, Records, Financial Aid, Advising. Assist in testing system changes and implementing updates or enhancements. Maintain business processes and configuration documentation.\nData Integrity & Reporting\nMaintain and audit employee data for accuracy and compliance within Workday. Create and run basic to intermediate Workday Student reports and dashboards for internal use. Assist in data analysis for Enrollment metrics and ad-hoc requests.\nTroubleshooting & User Support\nRespond to and resolve routine Workday Student system issues and service requests. Escalate more complex issues to senior analysts or IT, as needed. Provide general support to Enrollment team members and end users on Workday Student functionality.\nTraining & Documentation\nHelp develop user guides and training materials to support Workday Student adoption. Provide basic training to new Workday Student users and serve as a resource for common system questions.\nCollaboration & Process Improvement\nWork with Enrollment stakeholders to understand process needs and assist with system configuration to support those needs. Participate in system testing and improvement projects led by Enrollment Support or IT leadership. Identify opportunities for efficiency and communicate suggestions to senior team members.\nEducation, Experience, & Skills\nRequired Qualifications\n2-3 years of experience in Enrollment technology support, preferably in Workday.\nFamiliarity with Workday modules and business process configuration.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nAbility to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort learning reporting tools.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExposure to multiple Workday Student modules such as Admissions, Records, Financial\nAid, Advising\nWorkday certification or progress toward Workday Pro certification.\nCore Competencies\nAdmissions Guidance\nExplains admissions steps clearly to students and families.\nInformation Tracking\nTracks student information accurately in systems.\nApplication Follow Up\nFollows up with students to complete their applications.\nInterdepartmental Coordination\nCoordinates with other departments to resolve enrollment barriers.\nStudent Interaction\nMaintains a friendly, helpful tone in all student interactions.\nExtra Duties Statement\nNote: This job description is intended to provide an overview of the position and does not include an exhaustive list of all responsibilities and requirements.
