From analysis and design to testing, deployment, rollback, and stabilization, you will help deliver solutions that are maintainable, scalable, and aligned with Topsoe’s IAM architecture.\nIn this role, you will:\nDevelop and maintain IAM connectors for enterprise applications, including SAP and other connected systems.\nConfigure SailPoint ISC functionality and implement provisioning and deprovisioning workflows.\nSupport joiner, mover, and leaver processes, access requests, access reviews, and role-based access models.\nSupport application onboarding by analyzing requirements, identity data, roles, and entitlements.\nPerform technical testing and support deployment, rollback, troubleshooting, and stabilization activities.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-transfer activities.\nImprove development processes, integration patterns, and operational practices.\nWhat you will bring\nYou have a strong background in integration and development, combined with an understanding of identity provisioning and IAM processes. You are comfortable working in a global corporate environment and collaborating with technical teams, application owners, and stakeholders.\nWe are looking for experience with:\nREST APIs, JSON, XML, and SCIM.\nOAuth2, client credentials, certificates, tokens, and other authentication methods.\nJava, JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting and development languages.\nGit and version control systems.\nDebugging, log analysis, and technical troubleshooting.\nIdentity provisioning, application integrations, and lifecycle processes.\nClear communication, structured problem-solving, and effective documentation.\nExperience is SailPoint (Certification will be an advantage)\nExperience in the following areas would be an advantage:\nSailPoint certification and connector development.\nCloud and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) integrations.\nCI/CD processes and secure coding practices.\nSAP, Topdesk, Active Directory, or Entra ID.\nSQL-based applications and enterprise platforms.\nDesigning or maintaining role-based access models.\nWorking with global teams and complex system dependencies.\nWhy join us:\nJoining Topsoe as offers you the unique opportunity to help build and shape our internal Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, working closely with a dedicated group of four professionals.
