You will also help bring IAM platform ownership in-house as we transition responsibilities from our external partner.\nIn this role, you will:\nTake ownership of the daily operations of Topsoe’s IAM platform and its integrations.\nMonitor platform health, performance, and connections with enterprise systems such as SAP.\nHandle L2/L3 support escalations from the L1 Service Desk and resolve incidents effectively.\nTroubleshoot provisioning, deprovisioning, access-request, and access-review issues.\nInvestigate failed or delayed identity transactions and analyze access models and connectors.\nCoordinate complex investigations with development, architecture, application, and infrastructure teams.\nSupport testing, deployment, rollback, access reviews, audits, documentation, and continuous improvement.\nYou will also help educate L1 support colleagues, improve first-contact resolution, and maintain clear standard operating procedures and knowledge articles.\nWhat you will bring\nYou have experience operating IAM platforms and supporting identity lifecycle processes in a structured, service-oriented environment. You are analytical, methodical, and comfortable investigating technical issues with both business and security implications.\nWe are looking for:\nExperience operating IAM platforms, preferably SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).\nA good understanding of provisioning flows, connectors, and identity lifecycle processes.\nExperience with IT Service Management, including incident, problem, and change management.\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills.\nThe ability to prioritize incidents based on business and security impact.\nClear documentation skills and experience maintaining operational procedures.\nBasic knowledge of APIs and scripting.\nIt would be an advantage if you have:\nSailPoint certification or a willingness to pursue certification.\nExperience working in a global organization with distributed teams.\nKnowledge of monitoring, alerting, and operational performance management.\nScripting experience with PowerShell, Python, or similar tools.\nAn ITIL Foundation certification.\nExperience supporting access reviews, audit controls, or compliance activities.\nYour new team\nYou will join a dedicated internal IAM team of four professionals and help build the foundation for Topsoe’s future IAM operations.
