About the Role
We're looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on IT support for a small business, with a focus on website support, security validation, and platform connectivity. You'll be the go-to person keeping third-party integrations running smoothly and ensuring core business platforms — Google Cloud, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Salesforce — stay securely connected and functioning. What You'll Do
Provide support for third-party website issues, updates, and integrations
Conduct security validation and ensure ongoing compliance across connected platforms
Configure and maintain connections between platforms and services (Google Cloud, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Teams, Salesforce)
Troubleshoot and resolve IT support requests related to the tools and platforms in use
Proactively identify and address connectivity or security issues before they impact the business
What You Bring
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Workspace
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Teams
Experience with Salesforce
General IT support skills, including platform connectivity and security validation
Strong troubleshooting skills across a varied, multi-platform tool stack
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
