If you’re interested in being a driving force at an agile technology company, engineering clever computing solutions & helping other companies bring their products to life, we should talk.\nPosition Summary\nThe Accounting Assistant / Customer Service Representative will support Toradex's Sales and Finance operations by managing customer orders, invoicing, accounting activities, customer communication, and administrative coordination. The role requires strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, customer focus, and the ability to work independently and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nSales & Customer Service Tasks\nReceive, review, and process customer Purchase Orders (POs) and sales orders.\nHandle order entry, invoicing, Proforma Invoices, and pre-payment requests.\nCoordinate with customers and Sales teams on orders, quotations, delivery status, and related queries.\nMaintain accurate customer records in D365 and other relevant systems.\nProvide timely and professional customer support.\nSupport Sales with order administration and coordination.\nMonthly Physical Inventory Count.\nInventory Management : Placing of intercompany orders based on incoming customer purchase orders.\nAccounting & Finance Tasks\nProcess vendor invoices and vendor payments.\nGenerate customer invoices and record customer receipts.\nMonitor outstanding receivables and support payment follow-up.\nRecord bank transactions and perform bank reconciliations.\nPost journal entries and maintain accounting records.\nReview and process employee expense claims and reimbursements.\nAssist with month-end closing, reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and stock count.\nOther Operational Tasks\nPrepare E-Invoices and E-Way Bills.\nSupport import shipment clearing and related documentation.\nMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company processes.\nRegularly review processes and identify opportunities for improvement.\nPerform other Finance, Sales Administration, and Customer Service activities as assigned.\nKey Skills & Competencies\nStrong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles.\nGood customer service and communication skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy.\nGood organizational and time-management skills.\nAbility to prioritize tasks and work independently.\nGood working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, ERP/Accounting and CRM systems.\nExperience with D365 would be an advantage.\nProfessional, reliable, proactive, and customer-oriented approach.\nGood coordination and follow-up skills.\nToradex is a leader in embedded computing, serving innovative products to industrial, medical, automotive & IoT companies creating feature-rich & intelligent systems for demanding applications, e.g. supercars, self-driving tractors, patient monitoring systems - to name a few.\nWe provide effective & robust embedded computing solutions and strive for the best development experience in the industry with a focus on intelligent hardware design, innovative software solutions & free comprehensive support.
