We are seeking an individual who is ready to give their best to join us as we pursue new and exciting technologies.\nWe are currently searching for an ambitious and highly motivated Logistics Assistant to support our Shipping/Receiving and Inventory departments\nDuties\nSupport shipping and receiving operations in accordance with safety standards and company policies.\n\nAssist with project inventory and kitting.\n\nSupport quarterly and annual inventory counts.\n\nCoordinate with carriers to obtain pricing, arrange shipments, and prepare required shipping and receiving documentation.\n\nMaintain accurate inventory records and transactions.\n\nHandle, store, and pack parts, systems, and materials according to established procedures.\n\nCoordinate with the team to ensure on-time customer deliveries.\n\nMaintain shipping supplies.\n\nKeep parts and supplies clean, organized, and properly stored.\n\nQualifications\nRecent post-secondary graduate preferred.\n\nElectronics industry experience is an asset.\n\nMust be willing to travel to our U.S. office for training and support and hold a valid passport for U.S. travel.\n\nExperience in warehouse distribution, supply chain management, or a related field.\n\nComfortable using computers, automated business equipment, and related technology.\n\nWorking knowledge of MS Dynamics is an asset.\n\nExperience with shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, packaging, and material handling.\n\nAbility to lift up to 30 lbs.\n\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining inventory accuracy and documentation.\n\nToradex is a leader in embedded computing, serving innovative products to industrial, medical, automotive & IoT companies creating feature-rich & intelligent systems for demanding applications, e.g. supercars, self-driving tractors, patient monitoring systems - to name a few.\nWe provide effective & robust embedded computing solutions and strive for the best development experience in the industry with a focus on intelligent hardware design, innovative software solutions & free comprehensive support.
