Summary\n\nThe Customer Experience Manager ensures customers receive excellent service at every stage of their interaction with the company.\nThe role involves developing customer service standards, managing customer feedback, resolving escalated complaints, improving customer satisfaction, and building long-term customer loyalty.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nRecommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.\nDevelop procedures for managing customer complaints, enquiries, and feedback.\nDevelop customer retention and loyalty initiatives.\nDevelop and implement customer experience strategies and service standards.\nAnalyse customer feedback to identify recurring problems and recommend solutions.\nTrain employees on customer service standards and professional communication.\nMonitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for service improvement.\nSupervise and support customer service representatives.\nHandle complex and escalated customer complaints.\nMonitor service delivery and ensure compliance with company policies.\nPrepare customer experience reports for management.\nOversee customer interactions across telephone, email, social media, live chat, and other service channels.\nWork with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve the overall customer journey.\nEnsure customer enquiries and complaints are resolved
