candidate will use digital platforms, online advertising, email marketing, and analytics tools to achieve the company’s marketing objectives.\nThe Digital Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, attract customers, and drive revenue.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nMonitor website traffic, campaign performance, and online engagement.\nManage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn.\nPlan and execute online advertising campaigns across relevant platforms.\nPrepare weekly and monthly digital marketing reports.\nTrack advertising expenditure and ensure campaigns deliver value.\nDevelop and implement digital marketing strategies.\nAnalyse campaign data and recommend improvements.\nConduct market research to identify customer needs and digital marketing opportunities.\nSupport website content updates and search engine optimisation (SEO).\nManage email marketing campaigns and customer communication.\nCollaborate with content creators and social media personnel to develop engaging marketing content.\nIdentify online channels for lead generation and customer acquisition.\n\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\n\nWebsite traffic and conversion rate.\nDigital campaign revenue and overall marketing ROI.\nNumber of qualified leads generated.\nEmail campaign performance.\nCost per lead and customer acquisition cost.\nReturn on advertising spend (ROAS), where applicable.\n\nQualifications and Requirements\n\nUnderstanding of SEO, email marketing, and online lead generation.\nMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.\nPractical knowledge of digital advertising platforms.\nStrong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.\nKnowledge of graphic design or video editing is an advantage.\nAbility to use digital analytics tools.\nHND or Bachelor’s degree
