contacting prospective and existing customers by telephone to promote the company’s products and services, generate leads, schedule appointments, and support sales conversion.\n\n The candidate must be confident, persuasive, professional, and comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.\n\n Introduce and explain the company’s products and services.\n\n Generate qualified leads for the sales team.\n\n Follow up on enquiries and previous customer interactions.\n\n Schedule appointments and sales meetings where necessary.\n\n Conduct telephone surveys and collect customer feedback.\n\n Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, and follow-up activities.\n\n Handle basic customer enquiries professionally.\n\n Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead-generation targets.\n\n Follow approved call scripts and communication guidelines.\n\n Escalate complex customer enquiries to the appropriate department.\n\n Submit daily and weekly telemarketing reports.\n\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\n\n Number of calls completed.\n\n Number of qualified leads generated.\n\n Appointment conversion rate.\n\n Call-to-sale conversion rate.\n\n Quality of customer interactions.\n\n Accuracy of call records and reports.\n\nQualifications and Requirements\n\n SSCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree.\n\n Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or call centre operations is an advantage.\n\n Excellent telephone communication skills.\n\n Clear speaking voice and good listening skills.\n\n Ability to persuade customers without being aggressive.\n\n Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.\n\n Basic computer
