telephone to promote the company’s products and services, generate leads, schedule appointments, and support sales conversion.\nThe candidate must be confident, persuasive, professional, and comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.\nKey Responsibilities\nMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.\nIntroduce and explain the company’s products and services.\nGenerate qualified leads for the sales team.\nFollow up on enquiries and previous customer interactions.\nSchedule appointments and sales meetings where necessary.\nConduct telephone surveys and collect customer feedback.\nMaintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, and follow-up activities.\nHandle basic customer enquiries professionally.\nMeet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead-generation targets.\nFollow approved call scripts and communication guidelines.\nEscalate complex customer enquiries to the appropriate department.\nSubmit daily and weekly telemarketing reports.\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nNumber of calls completed.\nNumber of qualified leads generated.\nAppointment conversion rate.\nCall-to-sale conversion rate.\nQuality of customer interactions.\nAccuracy of call records and reports.\nQualifications and Requirements\nSSCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree.\nPrevious experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or call centre operations is an advantage.\nExcellent telephone communication skills.\nClear speaking voice and good listening skills.\nAbility to persuade customers without being
