Track key product development milestones by establishing clear, measurable, and testable product metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Identify technical and execution risks that may impact critical product deliverables, and mitigate these risks by providing data driven recommendations and actions to the leadership team. Lead the evaluation and benchmarking of competitive and complementary products across the industry to ensure that Torc upholds the highest vehicle and operational safety standards and incorporates industry best practices. Lead team development and knowledge sharing initiatives by mentoring junior employees and contributing to the growth of organizational capabilities.\nRequirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field with 3 years of industry experience, or alternatively a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Robotics with 5 years of relevant industry experience.
