Insurance claims today involve significant manual work across follow up, payment posting, and reconciliation. We prioritize customer obsession and a bias for action, fostering a collaborative culture where every professional is encouraged to take ownership and deliver meaningful impact.\nRole Overview\nWe are looking for a hands-on Strategy & Operations Lead to execute strategic initiatives related to Torch’s existing and new product offerings. You will partner directly with our Head of Strategy and Operations, and an elite cross-functional team to deliver transformative solutions that solve the most important challenges facing our customers and industry. You will work closely across Product, Engineering, Operations and Sales teams. You will have the potential for rapid growth and leadership opportunities as we scale to thousands more practices across new markets.\nResponsibilities\nManaging Strategic Projectsrelated to pricing, monetization and customer segmentation related to RCM and future potential products\nSupport the commercialization of our RCM productby working closely with customers and our engineering and product teams\nComplete Research and Analysison new markets, customers segments and products\nDrive 0 to 1 Innovationwith new products and doing the precursor work on where to focus on next\nDrive 1 to 10 Scalingwith new products and setting up functional teams for clear ownership, ways of working and metrics tracking as new products scale\nDefine Metrics & Successwith clear KPIs based on customer data then advocate for continuous improvement\nRequirements\n4+ years of work experience, with a demonstrated track record of success at top tier tech startups, big tech, finance or consulting firms.\n\nHistory of experience in applying critical thinking and analytical skills to business and strategy problems.\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort managing relationships and negotiations with external stakeholders.\n\nHigh attention to detail and ability to not only simplify and improve complex systems but also scale change across the team.\n\nAbility to structure and define requirements for ambiguous problems for yourself and more junior team members.\n\nA “can do” attitude with a focus on customer empathy and service, recognizing that no job is too small to be important for our customers.\n\nDeep skills and experience analyzing data to help root-cause problems, make decisions and set goals.\n\nThis role is in person, in New York
