foster collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, inclusion, and delivery excellence.\n\n- Own people-management responsibilities, including goal setting, performance management, development planning, career coaching, talent reviews, succession planning, employee engagement, recruiting, selection, onboarding, and retention.\n\n- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality analytics products and data assets by setting clear expectations, monitoring progress and capacity, identifying risks, removing barriers, and reinforcing accountability.\n\n- Provide technical oversight and coaching for dashboards, reports, semantic models, transformations, and supporting data assets;
