Reporting to the Senior Manager, Grid Planning, the Manager, Engineering leads a team responsible for system studies, system planning, and grid modernization initiatives. The role provides strategic and technical leadership to support the reliable, safe, and cost-effective operation and growth of Toronto Hydro's electricity distribution system. The Manager supports Toronto Hydro’s grid planning function by leading system studies that assess protection and coordination, system capacity requirements, major customer connections, transportation electrification, and emerging technologies.
