You’ll combine technical expertise with a sharp eye for data visualization and information design, ensuring that our reports and dashboards are not only accurate and efficient but also intuitive, insightful, and visually engaging.\nThis role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into impactful BI solutions that drive operational excellence and strategic decisions.\nYour key responsibilities include:\nDesign, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to business users.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into effective data models and reporting solutions.\nWrite, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.\nDevelop and manage data models, datasets, and visualizations with a strong focus on clarity, accuracy, and storytelling.\nEnsure data integrity and security in all reporting solutions.\nStay updated on best practices in BI reporting, data visualization, and information design, applying them to continually enhance reporting standards.\nIdentify opportunities to automate and improve reporting processes for greater efficiency and scalability.\nSupport the business with ad hoc analysis and reporting needs as required.\nYour expertise to meet the requirement:\nExcellent knowledge of Power BI- from data modeling and DAX formulas to advanced dashboard design and report optimization.\nStrong command of SQL- with the ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex queries for large and varied datasets.\nA deep understanding of informational design principles- knowing how to structure data visually for clarity, impact, and decision support.\nProven ability to translate complex data into intuitive, insightful visualizations and reports.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.\nFluent English & Russian languages. \nGood to have:\nExperience working in iGaming, fintech, or other highly regulated, data-intensive industries.\nFamiliarity with other BI tools or programming languages (e.g. Python) is a plus.\nKnowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.\nWe offer:\nFully remote job -
