If you’re looking for a workplace where your contributions can truly make a difference, and where innovation meets purpose, Tort Experts is the perfect place for you.\nAbout the role\nAs the Intake Advocate at Tort Experts, you are the first point of contact for potential claimants who are seeking legal assistance with injury claims. You will guide potential claimants through a screening process to determine eligibility. If eligible, you will assist potential claimants in the completion of initial forms and applications to retain an attorney.\nAvailability: This position would be a 4 day 10 hour position working Friday through Monday.\nWhat you'll do\nBuild the initial claimant relationship and confidence in our firm with every prospective claimant interaction\nEngage in 150 - 200 calls per day in a professional inbound/outbound call center environment\nConsistently build the claimant relationship and confidence in our partners firms with every claimant interaction while proactively contacting claimants to ensure the relationship is maintained\nSolve problems and maintain confidentiality\nKeep updated records and detailed documentation of claimant interactions, concerns, and complaints in a paperless database system\nUse good judgment to discern what issues may be urgent and need a manager’s or director’s attention immediately\nBe expected to meet occupancy and adherence goals\nQualifications\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Business Administration) preferred.\nExperience:\nCall center or BPO experience required.\nLegal intake experience is preferred.\nSkills:\nStrong communication skills, both verbal and written.\nExcellent organizational and time-management abilities.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.\nAttention to detail and accuracy in data entry.\nPersonal Attributes:\nEmpathetic and patient demeanor when interacting with clients.\nAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.\nOther Requirements:\nAbility to work remotely, and manage time and tasks with minimal supervision\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.\nCommitment to providing excellent client service.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in mass tort law is a plus.\nBilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.\nBenefits\n100% company-paid monthly premiums for Fortune 500 level quality insurance plans for you and any/all dependents (US based employees):\nmedical (Aetna)\ndental (Guardian)\nvision (Guardian)\n\n100% company match on any employee contributions to either HSA or FSA flex benefits plans (US based employees):\n$500 free FSA company contribution, even if $0 employee contribution\n\n401k plan with full company match of up to 6% of salary and no vesting period required (US based employees)\nUnlimited paid time off with planned role/responsibilities coverage\nWellhub wellness benefit - access to 20,000+ gyms, studios, and wellness apps, fully covered by the company\nWork from home equipment budget (at company's discretion)\nForever remote work environment\nWhy Join Us?\nAt Tort Experts, we believe in empowering our team members with growth opportunities, a flexible work environment, and the chance to make a tangible impact.
