We are now entering our next phase: an AI doctor product and a ~£30M Series A raise.\nAbout the role\nWe are looking for product-minded engineers who care as much about the why as the how. You will be allocated to one of our product squads (AVT, Frontier, Foundation, or Lifeboat) based on fit, and will own meaningful surface area across the stack from day one.\nWhat you'll do\nBuild and ship product features across the full stack in a fast-moving, regulated healthtech environment\n\nConsume infrastructure via Foundation Squad Terraform modules; know when to reach for pubsub vs other patterns without necessarily authoring the modules\n\nCollaborate closely with product and design - you have done this before and know how to work well cross-functionally\n\nContribute to engineering quality and our compliance posture (ISO 27001, ISO 13485)\n\nWhat we're looking for\n4+ years of full-stack experience\n\nStrong product instincts - you think about the why as much as the how\n\nFrontend excellence: React, TypeScript\n\nBackend proficiency: Node.js/NestJS or Python/FastAPI\n\nSolid understanding of distributed systems patterns and when to apply them\n\nExperience working alongside design functions and translating designs into high-quality product\n\nTrack record of shipping in production\n\nNice to have\nExperience in healthtech or regulated software\n\nExperience with healthcare integrations (FHIR, HL7, EHR systems)\n\nFamiliarity with Terraform or infrastructure-as-code\n\nExperience with event-driven architectures\n\nWhat does wild success look like?\nIn 12-18 months, you are the engineer your squad relies on to get things over the line. You have shipped features that clinicians notice and talk about. You understand the compliance context well enough to make the right call without being asked.
