We are looking for people who want to solve hard problems and build things that matter.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a detail-oriented Receiver to join our warehouse team and manage incoming inventory at our GigaOne and South Salt Lake facilities. This role is essential for maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring our manufacturing teams have the parts they need to build the future of energy infrastructure. You will be the first point of contact for incoming shipments, responsible for verifying precision in our supply chain and maintaining data integrity within our warehouse management system.\nResponsibilities\nAccept deliveries from truck drivers and verify that shipments are intended for our warehouse.\nCheck packing slips, bills of lading, and purchase orders for accuracy.\nInspect incoming products for damage, missing items, or incorrect quantities.\nCompare arrived goods against system orders to identify discrepancies.\nEnter received items into the NetSuite warehouse management system, including scanning barcodes and labeling products.\nUpdate stock levels and ensure inventory is properly organized and labeled for storage.\nCommunicate effectively with purchasing, inventory control, and warehouse staff regarding arrivals or shipment issues.\nUtilize pallet jacks or forklifts to move materials to staging areas or storage locations.\nFile paperwork related to shipments and report all shortages or damages.\nRequired Experience\n4+ years of experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving operations.\nProven experience in a receiving-specific role within a warehouse environment.\nCertified or highly proficient in forklift operation and moving heavy materials.\nHands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); experience with NetSuite is strongly preferred.\nStrong attention to detail and a solution-based mindset for resolving shipping discrepancies.\nPreferred Experience\nDirect experience using NetSuite for inventory tracking and recording.\nExperience working in a high-growth manufacturing or hardware environment.\nAdditional Details\nBackground Check All candidates are subject to a background check.\nLocation + Travel Primarily based at GigaOne (Salt Lake City), with regular work at our South Salt Lake Headquarters.\nSchedule Full-Time, Hourly - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Friday\nCompensation $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience.\nWork Authorization Applicants must already have legal authorization to work in the US without requiring employer sponsorship.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to safely lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.\nCapable of standing, bending, and executing repetitive tasks for prolonged periods.\nAbility to observe and respond to machine malfunction warnings and communicate accurately with the team.\nAbility to read, identify, observe and recognize details, color-coding and fine print at close range on associated engineering drawings.\nAbility to don personal protective equipment to include, but not limited to, respiratory protective equipment with proper seal, coveralls, ear protection, gloves, eye protection & safety helmet. \nAbility to observe, detect and respond to audible and visual machine malfunction warnings.\nAbility to communicate information so others can understand.
