Program Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of complex Installation Services projects and supporting qualified sales opportunities. The Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Solution Architects, Customer Success, Sales, and the Director of Installation, ensuring smooth coordination between client resources and TGCS resources. Managing project budgets and aligning them with client expectations, the Program Manager will utilize change control where necessary to maintain profit and loss (P&L) goals while fostering strong client relationships. \nThe Program Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery for key initiatives, ensuring these projects align with TGCS’s strategic priorities and are completed on time, within scope and budget, and with high-quality deliverables. Given the customer-facing nature of this role, up to 20% travel is expected. \nKey Responsibilities: \nOversee program execution and delivery across multiple complex projects involving TGCS, clients, and third-party vendors. \nLead daily project team meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery. \nManage project budgets, timelines, and scope, incorporating change control processes when necessary. \nDevelop and manage project plans, ensuring successful outcomes that meet TGCS and client goals. \nProvide frequent program updates to clients and internal executives, managing escalations and resolving issues efficiently. \nMentor Project Managers and grow leadership within the team. \nFacilitate requirements-gathering workshops, manage risk mitigation, and ensure project documentation is thorough. \nProvide content for Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), and identify opportunities to leverage existing assets. \nQualifications: \nBachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. \n12+ years of Project Management experience, with at least 6 years in the retail industry, particularly in store operations. \nProven experience with Point-of-Sale installation and cabling projects. \nExperience creating customer proposals and delivering effective presentations. \nStrong understanding of P&L responsibilities and financial management. \nProficient in MS Office tools, including MS Project and Excel. \nExceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization. \nStrong multitasking and organizational abilities. \nExperience with project change control processes, including budget and scope management. \nSpecial Skills: \nCustomer-facing experience, with a services background. \nProven ability to manage custom installation projects. \nAbility to influence and collaborate in a matrixed team environment. \nStrong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering results. \nPMP Certification preferred \nAbout the Company: \nToshiba Global Commerce Solutions is a dynamic billion-dollar global company based in Research Triangle Park, NC, providing retail store solutions to your favorite brands.
