확보해, 모든 데이터가 안전하게 수집되고 처리되도록 만드는 것이 팀의 미션이에요.\n이 포지션은 데이터 엔지니어링 커리어를 이제 막 시작하는 분들도 지원할 수 있어요. 실무에 필요한 기술은 합류 후 팀에서 도와드릴게요. 경험이 없으셔도 괜찮아요.\n합류하면 함께할 업무예요\n전사 데이터가 끊김 없이 안전하게 쌓이도록 실시간 데이터 파이프라인을 모니터링하고, 장애가 생기면 팀과 함께 대응해요. 플랫폼의 안정성을 지키는 것이 이 포지션의 핵심이에요.\n수천 개의 데이터베이스(MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle) CDC 파이프라인을 운영하고, 새로운 테이블 파이프라인 요청이 들어오면 추가해요.\nHadoop 환경에서 PySpark와 Airflow로 Iceberg 테이블을 가공하고, 컴플라이언스·이중화·백업 요건에 맞춰 로그 테이블을 마이그레이션해요.\n운영하면서 반복되는 작업과 모니터링 부담을 줄이기 위해, CDC 플랫폼을 고도화하는 개발에도 함께 참여해요.\n이런 분과 함께하고 싶어요\n운영체제, 네트워크, 데이터베이스, 자료구조, 알고리즘 같은 CS 기본기를 탄탄하게 갖춘 분이 필요해요.\n분산처리환경을 직접 경험해본 적이 없더라도 이를 깊게 학습하고
