The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, while coordinating effectively with all stakeholders. This role requires flexibility to relocate and work in a Francophone country.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervise and coordinate daily site activities, subcontractors, and workers.\nLead, motivate, and monitor the site workforce to ensure high productivity.\nEnsure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.\nDevelop, track, and maintain project schedules, provide regular progress reports to management.\nOversee the procurement, delivery, and use of site materials and equipment.\nLiaise effectively with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.\nResolve site-related challenges promptly and escalate issues where necessary.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree/HND in Civil Engineering or related field. \n3 - 5 years of proven experience in site supervision/management within civil engineering or construction projects.\nStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant legal regulations.\nHands-on experience in site material procurement.\nMust possess a valid visa and be open to relocating/working in a Francophone country.\nFluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.\nStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nBenefits\nNet Salary: USD 500 - USD 750 \n(may be reviewed upward after probation based on performance). \nTravel Allowance:\no Option 1: 1 economy class ticket quarterly for the employee to visit family in Nigeria;
