Ideal candidate will serve as a strategic link between the organization, its clients,\nand employees by delivering effective HR solutions that support business goals.\nThe role is responsible for driving both strategic and operational HR\ninitiatives, including recruitment, talent development, employee relations, and\nperformance management across assigned client portfolios.\nKey Responsibilities\nAct as the primary HR interface between the company and assigned clients.\nIdentify clients’ recruitment needs, strategic competencies, and forecast critical skill requirements.\nDevelop and implement recruitment plans to fill vacant roles within assigned coverage areas.\nIdentify training needs using relevant indicators and support the development and execution of Learning & Development plans.\nParticipate in people and departmental meetings to review and align training plans and curricula.\nProvide professional HR guidance to line managers on performance management, coaching, training, and disciplinary processes.\nMonitor and support grievance and disciplinary processes within assigned areas.\nConduct periodic visits to business development offices and branches to assess HR and operational issues.\nEnsure new hires meet performance expectations and that all documentation is completed prior to confirmation.\nPrepare and submit monthly and quarterly HR, performance, and activity reports.\nMaintain confidentiality and security of all employee and organizational information.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, employee handbook, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\nPerform other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Manager.\nRequirements\nA minimum of a First Degree is required.\nHigher degrees and/or professional HR certifications will be an added advantage.\nAt least 5 years of progressive HR experience is required, including a minimum of 3 years in an HR Generalist role.\nThis role offers the\nopportunity to work in a dynamic environment, partnering closely with business\nleaders and clients to drive impactful HR solutions and support organizational\ngrowth.\nBenefits\n300,000.00 -
