The ideal candidate will ensure that our internal people management practices align with best practices and local labor laws, while contributing expertise to help deliver outstanding HR solutions to our clients.\nResponsibilities:\nOversee the company’s day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and offboarding.\nDevelop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with local labor laws and industry best practices.\nCoordinate the performance appraisal process and support line managers with performance improvement plans and employee development initiatives.\nServe as the main point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary procedures, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.\nPrepare and maintain accurate HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for management decision-making.\nProvide HR advisory services on projects for clients as assigned e.g., policy design, compliance audits, or outsourced HR management.\nChampion initiatives that foster a positive work culture, drive employee engagement, and support retention.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant professional certification (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, SHRM) is highly desirable.\nMinimum of 5 - 7 years of progressive HR generalist experience, with at least 2 - 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role, \nStrong understanding of local labor laws, HR best practices, and HR advisory processes.\nExcellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
