Requirements:\nvBachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer\nEngineering, Information Management Systems, or a related field.\nvMinimum of 2 years’ experience as a System\nSpecialist or in a similar IT support role.\nvStrong understanding of computer hardware,\nsoftware, and networking systems.\nvProficiency in troubleshooting, system\ninstallation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.\nvHands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite,\nemail servers, and cloud-based applications.\nvKnowledge of data protection regulations and\ncybersecurity best practices.\nvAbility to manage multiple IT projects and meet\ndeadlines effectively.\nvExcellent communication, analytical, and\nproblem-solving skills.\nvStrong attention to detail and commitment to\ndelivering high-quality technical support.\nSkills and\nAbilities:\nExcellent troubleshooting and analyticalskills.\n\nStrong communication skills (written andverbal) with customer-oriented focus.\n\nHigh
