delivery\n\nRequirements\nRequirements\nMinimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field\nRelevant professional certifications will be an added advantage\nStrong IT support and troubleshooting skills\nSolid understanding of networking and operating systems\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical ability\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nGood time management and attention to detail\nCustomer-focused and service-oriented mindset\nTechnical Skills\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Office 365)
