The successful candidate will assist in ensuring the smooth\noperation of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure while delivering\nexcellent user support and upholding high standards of system availability,\nsecurity, and data protection.\nKey\nResponsibilities\nProvide timely and effectivetechnical support to end-users across hardware, software, network, and\nbusiness applications\n\nRespond to and resolve ITincidents and service requests within agreed service-level timelines\n\nInstall, configure, maintain,and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment\n\nManage user access, includingaccount creation, permissions, and password resets\n\nMonitor IT systems and escalatecomplex issues to minimize downtime\n\nPerform routine system checks,updates, and basic preventive maintenance\n\nMaintain accurate documentationof incidents, requests, and resolutions\n\nSupport staff onboarding and off boarding by provisioning and revoking IT access\nDeliver basic IT training anduser awareness sessions when required\n\nAssist with IT projects, systemupgrades, and new technology deployments\n\nEnsure compliance with ITpolicies, data security, and confidentiality standards\n\nPrepare periodic IT support andperformance reports\n\nRecommend improvements to ITprocesses and service delivery\n\nRequirements\nMinimum of a bachelor’s degreein computer science, Information Technology, or a related field\n\nRelevant professionalcertifications will be an added advantage\n\nStrong IT support andtroubleshooting skills\n\nSolid understanding ofnetworking and operating systems\n\nExcellent problem-solving andanalytical ability\n\nStrong communication andinterpersonal skills\n\nGood time management andattention to detail\n\nCustomer-focused andservice-oriented mindset\n\nTechnical\nSkills\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft365 (Office 365) tools\n\nProficiency in Windows andmacOS operating systems\n\nExperience supporting Zohoapplications\n\nBasic knowledge of projectmanagement tools and software support systems\n\nBenefits\nRemuneration: 100,000.00 -
