and\nresources efficiently to maximize results.\nRequirements\nQualifications:\nüBachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a\nrelated field (or equivalent experience).\nü5+ years of experience in media sales, with a proven track\nrecord of achieving sales targets.\nüStrong knowledge of digital, broadcast, print, and outdoor\nmedia and advertising strategies.\nüExcellent communication, negotiation, and\nrelationship-building skills.\nüAbility to lead, motivate, and collaborate with a sales\nteam.\nüStrong organizational and time management skills, with the\nability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.\nüProficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g.,\nSalesforce, HubSpot).\nPreferred Skills:\nExperiencein managing a sales team and developing sales strategies.\n\nUnderstandingdigital advertising, programmatic buying, and social media marketing.\n\nExistingrelationships with key decision-makers in the media and
