The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading business growth initiatives and leading the team to achieve annual sales targets.\nResponsibilities\nLead the Smart Water Business Development efforts, focusing on achieving the annual sales targets and business growth.\nEstablish new business opportunities and promote smart water meters and water purification products.\nConduct customer visits, develop new clients, gather necessary customer information, and generate leads and business opportunities.\nOversee the development of winning strategies for business opportunities, coordinating resources from headquarters and other stakeholders to ensure business success.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, lead strategic negotiations, and influence key decision-makers.\nConduct market research and analysis, keeping abreast of competitor information and industry trends.\nBuild and manage the Business Development (BD) team, ensuring team empowerment, training, and effective regional management.\nPossess basic knowledge of water meters, answer customers’ basic technical questions, and demonstrate potential for consultative marketing.\nEnsure excellent customer service, improving the company’s brand influence and customer satisfaction.\nRequirements\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Sales, or Business Management.\nA minimum of 5 years of experience in the water industry or metering sector, serving as a Technical Engineer or Sales Manager.\nEstablished customer relationships within the water industry.\nProven experience and capability in managing teams.\nKnowledge of power grids or smart water metering systems.\nStrong sales skills with the ability to effectively present and explain plans to clients.\nAbility to independently create and write presentations.\nExcellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.\nStrong professional integrity, with a patient and steady approach.\nAbility to monitor and analyse customer usage of products and generate insightful reports.\nBenefits\nREMUNERATION: N1,000,000.00 -
