You will focus on achieving annual sales targets by developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.\nResponsibilities\nPromote and sell solar solutions (inverters, batteries, solar panels) to residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, working towards achieving annual sales targets.\nContact and visit customers, develop new client relationships, collect necessary customer information, and cultivate leads and business opportunities.\nLead the strategy and execution for business opportunities, coordinating with headquarters and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, lead negotiations, and effectively engage with and influence decision-makers.\nConduct market research and analysis to understand competitor activities and industry trends.\nEnsure timely and successful delivery of solutions that align with customer needs and objectives.\nDemonstrate a solid understanding of photovoltaic systems, answer basic technical questions, and provide consultative marketing.\nProvide excellent customer service, enhance the company’s brand reputation, and improve overall customer satisfaction.\nRequirements\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Sales, or Business Management.\n3 to 5 years of experience in the solar industry, either as a Sales Engineer or in a sales role.\nEstablished customer network within the distributed photovoltaic market.\nProven experience and capability in team management.\nKnowledgeable about photovoltaic systems and products.\nExceptional sales skills.\nAbility to effectively explain plans and deliver presentations.\nProficiency in independently creating presentations.\nExcellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.\nStrong professional integrity, with a patient and steady approach.\nAbility to monitor and analyze customer usage of products and provide insightful reports.\nREMUNERATION: N150,000.00 -
