This position would be remote for qualifying candidates residing outside of those areas.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nHunt new logo accounts among assigned territory of national prospects.\nGrow assigned list of customer accounts with sell-in of new paid features and services.\nManage the entire lifecycle of accounts from prospecting, acquisition, retention and growth \nManagement of complex sales cycles utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate\nManagement of an internal cross functional team to support the franchise \nPreparation and execution of territory and account strategy \nConsistent Pipeline Generation and CRM Hygiene\nTraveling (25%) to customer and prospect visits as well as industry events\nPositioning our product advantageously to Financial Services including Independent Mortgage Bankers, Banks and Credit Unions.\nWhat we are looking for:\nPositive attitude, life-long learner with demonstrated ability of fast-starts.\nPassionate about building great products, innovation and solving complex customer problems\nSolid track record of building relationships and collaborating at all levels of the organization \nBe able to work independently and as part of a Team in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment\nWill thrive in late startup culture: Has a growth mindset, resilient, adaptable and curious\n5+ years of experience managing the sales cycle within enterprise accounts\nConsistent overachievement of quota\nKnowledge of selling into financial services in the mortgage vertical within either banking, credit union, and mortgage organizations.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nStrong presentation skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nStrong understanding of SaaS technology with a consultative sales approach\nStrong negotiation skills\nUnderstanding of SaaS and/or mortgage banking lending ecosystems.\nCompensation/Benefits: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 annually. Final total compensation offered is dependent upon the selected individual's qualifications and experience. The role is also eligible to receive commissions based on achievement of an assigned quota.
