You should excel at creating full stack software solutions, understand complex data flows and be passionate about using cutting-edge SaaS web-based technologies.\nWhat you will be doing:\nDevelop new features and platform capabilities, leveraging AI-assisted tooling\nLead refactoring and decoupling efforts to migrate legacy components to microservices and APIs\nCollaborate and communicate cross functionally to identify requirements and deliver products\nPerform technical analysis and estimation and lead design solutions across development teams\nMentor team members and provide production support through investigating and fixing issues\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or related field\n8+ years of professional software engineering experience within a team environment\nStrong software engineering fundamentals (data representation, data structures, algorithms)\nExperience using AI-assisted tools within the SDLC (design, code generation, review and testing)\nAbility to decompose ambiguous, complex problems into incremental solutions\nExperience with object-oriented languages (C#, PHP, Java, etc.) and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.).\nExperience designing, building and maintaining scalable and responsive web services with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (Vue, React, etc.)\nExperience with queuing technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)\nExperience with continuous integration and deployment automation\nSolid track record of building relationships, collaborating and communicating cross functionally\nPassionate about building great products and ability to thrive in a fast paced, high growth culture\nCompensation/Benefits: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $180,000 annually. Final total compensation offered is dependent upon the selected individual's qualifications and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company performance and other factors.
