Just as important is the ability to adapt quickly as technologies and priorities change.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain web applications using modern web technologies.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, to define, design, and ship new features.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code.\nEnsure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.\nIdentify and resolve bottlenecks and fix bugs.\nGuide and mentor other full stack developers on business and technical concepts to improve code quality and delivery speed.\nHelp maintain code quality, organization, and automation across the codebase.\nParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.\nStay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum of five (5) years of experience as a Full Stack Web Developer or in a similar role.\nMastery of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript, along with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.\nStrong experience with a Node.js framework such as Hapi.js or Express.js.\nExperience with database systems such as MongoDB, MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar.\nExperience working on large single-page web applications with complex state management.\nFamiliarity with UI frameworks such as Bootstrap, Semantic UI React, Material, Tailwind, or similar.\nExperience writing unit and integration tests using tools such as Jest, Chai, Cypress, or similar.\nExperience performing code reviews to ensure security, code quality, maintainability, and knowledge sharing across the team.\nFamiliarity with version control systems such as Git.\nSolid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.\nVery strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.\nPreferred Experience\nHands-on experience with React, Redux, Jest, Azure SQL, and MongoDB.\nExperience with SAP/BTP integrations.\nExperience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.\nExperience working in FinTech or financial systems environments.\nExperience working in agile development teams.\nExperience mentoring or leading other developers.\nIdeal Candidate\nThe ideal candidate is a seasoned full stack engineer who takes ownership of quality, from clean code and solid test coverage to thoughtful code reviews.
