identify unsafe acts or conditions and ensure timely corrective actions.\n\nLead toolbox meetings, safety briefings, induction programme, and WSH training for TPS employees, subcontractors, and visitors.\n\nReview and endorse permit-to-work activities, including work at height, lifting operations, hot works, electrical works, confined-space works, and lifting plans where applicable.\n\nCoordinate with project managers, supervisors, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure work is planned and executed safely.\n\nInvestigate incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions, and environmental events;
