The role focuses on maintaining high safety standards while coordinating construction, M&E installation, lifting and commissioning activities in an active or controlled semiconductor environment.\nYou will work closely with TPS project teams, subcontractors and the client to ensure safe work practices are followed and site requirements are met.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct daily site inspections and monitor construction and M&E activities in semiconductor facilities and cleanroom areas.\n\nIdentify unsafe acts, conditions and potential hazards; follow up until corrective actions are completed.\n\nAssist with preparing and reviewing Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), method statements and permit-to-work documents.\n\nConduct toolbox meetings, site safety briefings and worker orientations.\n\nMonitor high-risk activities, including lifting operations, work at height, hot work, electrical work and equipment installation.\n\nCheck lifting plans, lifting equipment certificates, inspection records and expiry dates before lifting works.\n\nMonitor compliance with semiconductor site rules, cleanroom entry procedures, ESD controls and contamination-control requirements.\n\nCoordinate safety matters with TPS teams, subcontractors and client representatives.\n\nMaintain safety records, inspection reports, training records and incident documentation.\n\nSupport incident and near-miss reporting, investigation and follow-up actions.\n\nAssist with safety audits, emergency drills and implementation of project WSH plans.\n\nRequirements\nRelevant WSH Coordinator qualification, such as the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) or an equivalent qualification accepted by MOM.\n\nbizSAFE Level 2 certificate.\n\nWork at Height Assessor course certificate.\n\nCurrent WSH Coordinator refresher training, where required for the appointed role.\n\nExperience in semiconductor, cleanroom, M&E or advanced manufacturing projects is strongly preferred.\n\nGood working knowledge of Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures and permit-to-work systems.\n\nAble to communicate clearly with workers, subcontractors and project teams.\n\nObservant, responsible and confident in following up on safety issues.\n\nComfortable working at project sites and supporting site activities as
