If something is worth building, it is worth growing properly.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n- Update & Manage Cashflow\n- Bank Reconciliations\n- Invoice Approvals\n- Credit Card Reconciliation\n- Monthly & Annual preparation of the accounts for the Property department\n- Overseeing Purchase Ledger entry & orchestrate weekly payment runs, authorising payments\n- Month End Journal Entries\n- Balance Sheet Reconciliations\n- Management of financial systems & reporting\n- Budgets/Forecasting\n- Monthly Payroll processing\n- Cashflow forecast and drawdown requests\n- Quarterly VAT returns\n- Quarterly internal financial reporting\n- Liaising with the Auditors for year-end requests\n- Liaising with the management to analyse data & provide financial information\n- Maintaining CRM\n- Valuation reports\nSkills & Experience\nEssential\nACA or ACCA Qualified\nStrong understanding of Accounting principles \nStrong numerical accuracy and attention to detail \nGood organisational skills \nIntermediate to advanced Excel skills \nAble to manage workload and meet deadlines \nPositive and proactive attitude \nDesirable\nExperience using Xero \nExperience running payrollWhat we offer in return\n\nSalary: £45,000 -
