In this capacity, you will be responsible for:\nDeploying and optimizing preventive and corrective maintenance strategies for critical equipment, particularly Variable Speed Drives (VSDs) and Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESPs);\nProviding technical support on the drive systems of critical compression trains (electric motors, variable speed drives, transformers, protection and control systems) in order to improve their reliability, availability and operational performance ;\nParticipating, within multidisciplinary teams, in failure analyses and technical diagnostics on mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment, and coordinating corrective actions to minimize production downtime ;\nPerforming or leading electrical and energy performance analyses, including the assessment of the efficiency of motors, variable speed drives and drive systems, in order to maximize availability while reducing energy consumption ;\nDeveloping and deploying condition monitoring and data analysis solutions aimed at improving the early detection of deterioration and reducing unplanned downtime ;\nAnalyzing and managing electrical power quality issues (harmonics, resonances, power factor, imbalances, transients), and defining appropriate technical solutions to ensure facility compliance, reliability and performance ;\nMonitoring and improving maintenance performance through key indicators: MTBF, MTTR, availability and costs ;\nOptimizing spare parts and critical inventory management and contributing to maintenance reviews and Lean Operating Model (LOM) initiatives ;\nProviding independent expertise to affiliates during study and consultation phases by assessing technical proposals from OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), risk analyses, expected performance and associated maintenance strategies ;\nPresenting study results and making recommendations aimed at improving the reliability, availability and operational performance of facilities while controlling
