Lead initiatives that improve project visibility, collaboration, handoffs, reporting, data quality, and decision-making. Evaluate whether needs are best addressed through process change, configuration, integration, automation, custom development, data products, or retirement of redundant tools.\nData, Analytics & Development Intelligence: Define business requirements for dashboards, key performance indicators, data products, visualization, and decision-support capabilities. Support alignment of data definitions, ownership, source-of-truth expectations, and governance across Development systems. Promote accessible and reliable information for project screening, land and site-control activities, portfolio management, workflow monitoring, and leadership reporting.\nGeospatial & Technical Enablement: Partner with GIS and other subject matter experts to define requirements for mapping, spatial analysis, site evaluation, web-based tools, and related data workflows. Treat geospatial capability as one component of the broader Development digital toolkit and support its integration with business systems, analytics, automation, and future intelligence solutions.\nEmerging Technology & Innovation: Evaluate practical applications of artificial intelligence, cloud capabilities, low-code or no-code platforms, data platforms, open-source technologies, and other emerging tools. Develop business cases or pilots where appropriate, define controls and human-review expectations, and promote responsible adoption based on clear business value, security, governance, scalability, and supportability.\nStakeholder, Vendor & Change Management: Build working relationships across Development, GIS, Real Estate, M&A, Engineering, Execution, Business Applications, IT, Data Governance, and other partner functions. Facilitate workshops, vendor evaluations, implementation activities, user communications, training needs, adoption feedback, and transition of new capabilities into sustained business use.\n Governance, Documentation & Product Lifecycle: Maintain product documentation, process ownership records, decision logs, release information, user guidance, and governance records.
