Le Digital Application Support manager aura la charge de :

  • Piloter le support applicatif des solutions digitales (process, outils, niveaux de support N1/N2/N3, priorisation et escalade)

  • Garantir le respect des SLA, la qualité de service, la continuité d’activité et la satisfaction utilisateur (KPI, reporting, plan d’actions)

  • Gérer les incidents majeurs, coordonner les parties prenantes (Digital teams, métiers, éditeurs/intégrateurs) et assurer la communication

  • Administrer et optimiser le run applicatif : supervision, maintenance, accès/droits, documentation, base de connaissances, gestion des changements

  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue : analyse des problèmes récurrents, automatisation (self-service), formation utilisateurs, recommandations d’évolution
