through interviews, briefings and research.\nIdentify the right editorial angle and adapt content to different audiences and channels.\nDevelop new editorial formats to tell Saft’s stories in a more direct, human and engaging way.\nManage and support a team of two, set priorities and encourage autonomy and professional development.\nOversee editorial, visual and audiovisual content production, from initial brief through to publication.\nBrief and coordinate external agencies and content providers when required.\nWork closely with Press & Social Media and Events & MarCom teams to ensure consistency across communications activities.\nEngage employees through internal communications\nManage the editorial content of Saft’s internal communication channels, particularly MySaft.\nBuild strong connections with sites, Divisions and business functions to ensure a regular flow of relevant stories and information.\nDevelop formats that give greater visibility to our people, projects and local initiatives.\nHelp strengthen information sharing and employee engagement across the
