RESPONSABILITATI;
- Asigura conceptia și urmărirea matrițelor și părților componente de la faza de lansare și până
după faza de industrializare, ținând cont de datele tehnice din caietul de sarcini (tipuri de
prese/procese/tip de material etc);
- Deseneaza în 3D și 2D ansambluri și subansambluri, împreună cu definirea nomenclaturii
asociată lansării unui proiect nou sau modificărilor proiectelor existente (matriță, încărcător,
demulant, calibre de control, teste de montaj etc);
- Intocmeste caietele de sarcini pentru subcontractanți și vei valida planurile de execuție;
- Participa la selecția și validarea furnizorilor externi de servicii și piese de schimb, căutarea
de noi furnizori și de noi procedee moderne de reparație și întretinere a matrițelor;
- Asigura punerea în funcțiune a matrițelor de serie și a celor prototip;
- Intocmeste și actualizeaza fișele de matrițe și a întregii documentații aferente fiecărei matrițe și părți
componente;
- Împreună cu echipa tehnică, vei căuta soluții pentru îmbunătățirea continuă a matrițelor și
părților componente, în materie de concepție, întreținere, fiabilitate;
- Asigura suport în industrializarea proiectelor pentru procesele de vulcanizare.
