This includes experience across the lifecycle of renewable energy projects, including pre-construction securing of credits, BOC strategy, PWA, Domestic Content, IRA and OBBB impact, tax equity structures, tax credit sales, registration process, etc. \nPartnership tax experience preferred \nProvide tax technical leadership by keeping abreast of changes in the federal tax laws. \nEnsure development of appropriate documentation of positions to support tax positions. \nFormulating and presenting tax advice to upper management regarding IRS audit issues and proposed transactions involving US legal structures and investments. \nIdentifying cost saving opportunities in terms of tax optimization or process improvements. \nParticipating in staff development and knowledge transfer. \nEnsure appropriate hand-off of planning activities to the compliance group.
