Midé has successfully transitioned a number of its R&D programs to successful product lines ranging from wireless data loggers to critical safety seals used on US Navy ships.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nIncludes the following, however other duties may be assigned.\nCoordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information\nBreak projects into doable actions and set time-frames\nLiaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives\nAssist with identifying project goals\nAssign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management\nEnsure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve\nHelp prepare budgets\nAnalyze risks and opportunities\nOversee project procurement management\nMonitor project progress and handle any issues that arise\nAct as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants\nWork with the Director Project Management and the relevant project team members to eliminate blockers\nUse tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures\nCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports\nMust be a US person (citizen or permanent resident)\nExperience in project management, from conception to delivery\nAn ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans\nSolid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management\nStrong client-facing and teamwork skills\nFamiliarity with risk management and quality assurance control\nHands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Basecamp, MS Project, or Trello)\nProject Management Certification preferred\nExperience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies highly preferred\nBS or BA Business Administration or related
